Michael brings over 35 years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience, specializing in real estate and high-tech companies. Michael has leveraged his extensive experience in building technology based service companies to position PresGroup as a pioneer in full service real estate sales and marketing services built on an Amazon-like technology platform for developers, builders, and financial institutions. Michael's knack for developing and launching specialty service operations based on proprietary web-based technology platforms has provided PresGroup with a unique opportunity to outpace the industry's competitive alternatives.
Before transitioning to PresGroup, Michael held the titles of Owner and President at Reiser Group, one of California's most distinguished new home sales and marketing firms. His leadership over nine years resulted in the successful sale of thousands of homes for reputable new home builder companies, including The Olson Company, Trammell Crow, KB Homes, Rockpoint Group, and Resmark Equity Partners.
When he's not helping people make real estate decisions that profoundly improve their lives, Michael can be found traveling the world and spending time with his wife and their two adult children.

Mike Carreno is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of experience to the team. His strong entrepreneurial sense and desire to improve people's lives led him to open a national-level tennis academy before making the transition to the real estate industry to build a family business. He specializes in mentorship, sales training, technology, market research, and analysis.
Over the years, Mike has held several key positions at PresGroup, including Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Head of Technology, and Head of Concierge. Practically, his role as an owner is a sort of jack-of-all-trades, closely working with clients and all the teams in the PresGroup family, inspiring and helping to drive business growth in numerous ways.
Beyond work, Mike has a goal to travel to an average of one new international city per year. He enjoys rock climbing, reading, and yoga. He also enjoys spending time with his family and fiancée.

Toni Burke is a highly experienced and accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a career spanning over 15 years at PresGroup. With an impressive background managing the financial operations of numerous organizations, Toni brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team. One of Toni's notable strengths is her ability to go beyond traditional CFO responsibilities, managing internal operations and human resources.
Before joining PresGroup, Toni held key financial leadership positions for 25 years across diverse sectors, including real estate development, residential and commercial contracting, software development, and computer manufacturing. Toni is a highly knowledgeable professional and a truly valuable part of the PresGroup team.
Outside of the office, Toni enjoys cooking, baking, sewing, and spending time with her family and two adult children. She is a huge fan of SF sports teams, especially the Giants, 49ers, and the Warriors.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, specifically in the new home construction industry, Jacquelyn has a proven track record of successful sales, marketing, and project management leadership in competitive environments. She has worked with both small startup private builders and large publicly traded builder companies. Her diverse skill set gives her a deep understanding of the business, as she has held leadership positions in sales, escrow, design, marketing, and overall operations.
Jacquelyn is a seasoned professional who brings a strong passion for building brand awareness and increasing sales to the PresGroup team.
When she's not building brands, Jacquelyn enjoys spending time with her two children, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and relaxing in the mountains of Lake Tahoe. She is an avid sports fan and lover of the outdoors. Jacquelyn's commitment to excellence and passion for the industry have made her an outstanding leader and an invaluable asset to the PresGroup team.
